LEAD TIMES 

All items are handmade to order and ship within 7 days of receipt of paid order. This lead time is in addition to the delivery estimates given below. 

 

SHIPPING 

Items are shipped within 7 working days of receipt of your paid order. (Working days means Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). This lead time is in addition to the delivery times given below. 

For security reasons items are sent to the address supplied on the Etsy order, unless you supply an alternative delivery address 

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS EXPLAINED: 

Shipping delivery estimates are the time taken for the mail carrier to get your item to you and are in addition to the lead time given above. 

STANDARD SHIPPING - Items sent by Royal Mail standard air and surface mail (no tracking) 

Delivery times: UK - 1-2 days, Europe - 5-7 days, Everywhere Else - 10-14 days 

TRACKED SERVICE UPGRADE - Items sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK orders) or International Tracked (worldwide orders) 

Delivery times: UK - 1-2 days, Europe - 3-5 days, Everywhere Else - 5-7 days 

Please check the delivery times above to help you decide your shipping option. 

Please be aware there may be delays in the mail from time to time due to customs delays, weather conditions and seasonal pressures. These delays are outside of my control and I would ask that you remain patient should delivery of your item take longer than anticipated. 

If you item is not received within 45 days your item will either be resent, or a full refund will be given depending upon your preference. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any import duties and customs charges. 

Full responsibility is taken for all items until they are safely delivered to you. You can be assured therefore that should your jewellery go astray in the mail, a replacement will be sent as speedily as possible with no additional cost to you. 

 

RETURNS 

Items may be returned within 14 days, from date of receipt, for a full refund including original shipping at the standard air or surface mail rates (irrespective of any shipping upgrade purchased). Please contact me within 14 days of receipt of your item if you would like to return it. Shipping cost of the return is the customer's responsibility. 

If returning items from outside of the UK, customs labels should be be marked as "RETURNED MERCHANDISE". Returned items incurring customs fees as a result of wrongly completed customs labels will NOT be collected from the mail depot and will be returned to sender by the Post Office. 

Items should be in original unused condition and returned with the original packaging and receipt, by a registered mail service. A reasonable deduction will be made if the item shows signs of wear, use or damage. 

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned item. 

A full refund of all costs, including mailing costs will be given if the item is faulty, or an error has occurred in the making process..

CANCELLATIONS 

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund, including original shipping at the standard air or surface mail rates. Notification of cancellation should be given by an email request direct to lukelysjewellery [!at] gmail.com 

For items dispatched before receipt of notification of cancellation, it is the customer's responsibility to return the items unused and with original packaging and receipt, by registered mail at their own cost. Items should be returned within 14 days of giving notice of cancellation. A reasonable deduction will be made for any item returned showing signs of wear, use or damage..

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

Post market and recycled materials are used in the production of all my pieces wherever possible and I go out of my way to try and source these recycled materials. This includes packaging materials which have all been pre-used where possible. 

No buyer's information is disclosed to third parties, other than for delivery purposes. Mailing list information is used for the purposes of updating customers with promotions, new items etc only,with customers' consent.
